L’animules du Cluster Flock
Puppers
No farm is complete without our pups. Only working* animals here. They protect us from cougars (myself not included, whomp whomp) and other large predators that we share the land with. As well as make sure every visitor is vetted with a thorough sniff and scritch test.
Dogs you may meet:
Scully, the floofy dirty white Great Pyrenees, our real workhorse of a doog.
Taj, the derpy and needy Pitza-Bull with so many licks and kisses.
*jobs included but not limited to turning the compost piles, managing sneaky squirrels, cultivating (running amuck) in freshly prepped garden beds, leading the tractor, sniffing the air, corralling the children, etc.
Meows
Purr hiss. No farm is complete without farm cats. Many are rescues turned mousers turned spoiled things. We’re channeling our cat lady magic.
Doockiez
Indian Runner Ducks help with pest control and laugh at all of my bad jokes.
biRdS! (Chickens)
booock. Another must for any farm/homestead! Eggs and scritchy-scratchy garden workers.
Goats.
Accidently on purpose, we rescued a couple of adorable Dwarf Nubian goats. I adore goats and would like to expand the herd to help with fire control and the like but for now, we have Piper and Felicia for funsies.
Coming Soon!
As soon as we install proper fencing (the #1 one thing for having animals), we’ll be adding our very own Alpacas and Valois Blacknose Sheep, the cutest sheep in the world. Seriously, just look at those stoopid little knees.
