First U-Pick!

The moment you’ve all been waiting for! Cluster Flock is throwing our proverbial door open for our first public U-pick. We can’t wait to welcome you to our flower field!

Details: Sunday, July 20th between 10am and 5pm. All of our U-picks will be dependent on weather and heat. Anything over 98 degrees, we will close the farm for everyone’s safety. A little rain? That’s okay. We will remain open. A thunder storm? Nope. Closed. You get it.

  • $35 per person picking ($5 for each additional non-picking person over 12 y/o). Cups for harvesting into will be provided and are included in the U-pick fee.

  • Some snips, clippers and gloves will be available but I recommend you bring your own too.

  • Do as I say, not as I do and wear reasonable shoes. Our farm is bumpy, unlevel and sloped. It is not very accessible for folks with more severe mobility issues. Be prepared to hoof it up and down hills.

  • Bring sun protection and extra water. We will have some sunscreen, water and other sundries on sight if you’re like me and go everywhere simultaneously overprepared and unprepared.

  • Some snacks are available for purchase and bribing children.

  • If you are allergic to bees or wasps, be prepared with your Epipen. Also, there are insects and spiders. You need to be cool with them because I love them and they do the hard work on the farm.

  • We will have some first aid available on site for minor scrapes and cuts.

  • Expect to spend at least an hour among the flowers. Feel free to Yogi Bear it and bring a picnic and blanket to make a day of it!

The U-Pick is located on our family farm and is only open to the public during the scheduled dates and times. Please note that we are not a public park; we are a privately owned business that welcomes paying customers in the defined areas. We will have you sign a liability waiver to protect us all from stupid shit.

Vineyard Lamb Roast w/MakeDo Farms

Our lovely neighbors pasture their sheep as part of our rotational grazing piece of the vineyard and farm. The sheep provide us with mowing and weed management services, manure services and cuteness services. Win-win. Every year one or two of the lambs pastured on our farm are honorably slaughtered and prepared in a big community feast!
